④Don't make the ink too thin when
adjusting the ink. If the adjustment is too thin, its fluidity will be too
large, and of course its own viscosity and adhesion will decrease, which will
reduce the waterproof properties and easily cause more serious emulsions, which
will cause the grinding to melt and expand under the working pressure of the
drum. It will cause stale version and endanger product quality. Therefore,

⑤ In the whole process of packaging
and printing, the ink is usually very easy to stick to the surface of the water
roller, and it becomes thicker and thicker, and the total area becomes larger
and larger. After shutting down, the rubbing will solidify quickly. If it
is not eliminated immediately, it will cause uneven water inflow. Even if the

⑥ Properly adjusting the working
pressure of the water roller and ink roller is a prerequisite for ensuring the
balance of ink strokes. If the working pressure is not well regulated, it
